Andre was on holidays in NZ when I asked for a price for my hot water system to be replaced. He responded promptly, even while on holidays, and answered all my questions on options and gave a quote and timeframe. The install was awesome, arrived as promised and left the site in a better condition than when he arrived. Andre is your go-to guy for plumbing if you want a job done correctly the first time.

Andre responded promptly to my enquiry and was very transparent and fair with his pricing. I found him to be very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the service I needed. There was no pushy upselling of products, and he left the work area clean and tidy. Would definately recommend, and will be using again.

Andre was super quick to respond to my appointment request and provided some tips to help identify what was causing my sink issues. He arranged a visit a few days later, showed up on time and explained what has caused the problem before fixing it. Our kitchen sink runs like a dream now! Highly recommend.
