Dear Maternity Ward Team, Midwives, and Cat,
Thank you so much for the incredible care you gave us during my son's birth.
Loren, your calm guidance in the early hours helped me feel grounded.
Chloe, I will never forget how you held my hand during the epidural — it gave me so much strength when I was truly scared.
Bree, your strong encouragement helped me stay focused when things became intense.
Izzy, your warm and positive words lifted me every time.
And Cat, your support with breastfeeding made the first days with my son so much easier.
Because of all of you, we felt safe, supported and truly cared for.
We were able to welcome our baby boy, with confidence and joy.
Thank you very much!!

I was extremely fortunate to have a wonderful team of ED doctors and nurses at Redcliffe Hospital see me on Thursday 14 November. They quickly determined that I had the symptoms of a heart attack and arranged an immediate transfer to Prince Charles Hospital. Without such a speedy determination, things could have ended up very differently for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. (Sorry guys that I can’t remember your names.)

You guys are turning into Centrelink . I’ve been on hold for 40mins to the fracture clinic coz my son had an appt but can’t make it . No one has replied to my email. My son has come down with a vomiting bug so definitely won’t be coming in but why did the call hang up ? Do u guys have like boards or screens to say how many calls in queue ? I work for one of the big insurance companies and we have them and we can see how many etc .
Round 2….3….4 I was hung up on each time …. And then last time I called back …. Outside of hours …..
I spent all afternoon on the phone!

Had Maddy and Jess at the reception be etremely unprofessional. Currently experiencing and asthma attack and when I asked for ventalion or a nebuliser they refuse to give me any and made me wait from 4- 8.30 medically untrained and is telling me how my asthma should be. Incredibly unprofessional no medication offered for hour and no food despite being here for an excessive amount of time.
If I could give 0 stars I would these hospitals really need to do better if someone is brought in a ambulance you don’t than throw them in a waiting room

One star is for the government. What a disgrace. This is an Australian hospital. Awful.
I can't believe where HEALTH care has gone in the past 20 years.
Redcliffe was a mixed bunch, those doing the best with what they could. Those doing the best with the little knowledge they had on a patient like me. Those that were too arrogant to listen to me. Hey I survived, but only because I had to fight, I fought so hard, to get what I needed. IT WAS AN INFECTION, NOT AN AUTOIMMUNE FLARE-UP. If I would have gone with your treatment and not fought, I'm not sure where I would be right now. My advise is, listen to the patient they know their own body. An overhaul is needed here.
For the most part lovely staff.
