I had my 21st party recently and all I can say is positive things! Nat was so amazing helping us plan one amazing night! Her and the team at the North Lakes Hotel were so amazing!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Not a bad little spot to stay! We booked here because it’s close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and it definitely delivered on convenience. Check‑in was quick, the room was clean, and it had everything we needed for a simple overnight stay.
The only issue was parking — when we got back from the show around 11pm, the car park was completely full. We were lucky to find a last‑minute space, but otherwise you’re out on the street. A reserved spot per room would make a big difference.
Overall, a decent stay and handy for events at the BEC.

Extremely clean hotel, well positioned, with easy checkin checkout system.
The staff, in particular the breakfast area and staff were friendly. The cleaners greeted us with a smile too.
A tad expensive but for one night with breakfast overlooking the lake, we said, worth it.

We had my son’s 21st birthday here and we cannot thank Nat and her team enough. She made sure we were well looked after! Thank you for helping make our event amazing!!

I found the location to be excellent for my purposes and room to be spacious, comfortable, well appointed and clean. Of special note, however, were the staff who were all friendly and accommodating - especially Nicole and Derrick who went above and way beyond to ensure I arrived at my work destination when the cab I had ordered failed to arrive. That was impressive and much appreciated service - would definitely choose to stay again when in the area.
