OVR is a great central location to eateries & The Esplanade! .. having a balcony & sea views was fabulous! .. outside noise was minimal when everything closed (good insulation)! .. great size fridge! .. staff were welcoming & extremely helpful! .. thoroughly enjoyed our stay! .. definitely recommend!

Beautiful room, just a shame about the severe water damage all over bedroom wall. A curtain covering the glass panel from bedroom to bathroom would be a good send to stop the light from outside at night time, as the bathroom has no curtains. Was just like shift work and sleeping during the day. Great location great price it needs a few touches to make it truly amazing venue.

Our room in level 6 was very nice and comfortable. Clean and well equipped. The service cleaning staff were exceptional and should be commended. The recliner couch was a winner when watching the huge TV. You could easily fall sleep on it . Location is great and the rooftop bbq area is awesome.Thanks to the very pleasant receptionist on arrival too. Very warm and welcoming.

What a perfect location! Staff could not have been friendlier! Helped us with extra parking, lost jewellery, recommendations. Rooms very clean and great air-con too. Couldn’t fault them and really reasonable rates.

Awesome place to stay, clean and tidy and 100m to Bulcock beach, roof top bbq area with a huge fridge and freezer, secure car parking.
