The best place to sit down relax,and have breakfast or lunch. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The best place to get a table overlooking the water. Menu was good. Parking was easy. Very clean. Have been here a few times one of my favourite places to visit.

Location was on the spot. Service was very good only when we ask for a cot, they gave us a broken one. Rooms generally outstanding but the only down was the t&b. There's some kind of smell could be coming from drain, it's a bit awful smell. But aside from what I mentioned the stay was very good 👍🏼.

Great price and location, nice as staff and our updated 11th floor 1 bedroom Waterview suite was epic!
Highly recommend.
Also if youre staying here and want a massage (as in a hard out thai therapeutic one) we highly recommend Sunshine Thai Massage, which is 200m down the road!

I have come here ever since I was a child every holiday and it is great. The staff are very friendly and the whole environment and atmosphere is great. This is my childhood and favourite hotel, I love it more than any hotel!

Only went for Trivia night. Which is always good fun and free. I didn't eat but others did and the food was good. Drinks are pricey but they are on par with everywhere else and as I said the trivia is free, so it's a cheap night. Definite thumbs up.👍
