I reached out with a simple yes or no question regarding something that had already been set up, and was surprised to receive a $66 invoice just for a short email response. I also had ongoing issues with my Xero accounts. I paid earlier in the year to have them fixed, but the problem kept returning. When I raised it again, it was finally resolved on the second attempt, but I was charged a second time for the fix. They gave me a 50% discount on that second charge, which tells me they likely knew the original job wasn’t done properly in the first place.
I expected clearer communication, better support, and more accountability. While the work may have been completed, the overall experience felt more transactional than genuinely supportive. Not the level of service I was hoping for.

I've been doing my individual tax returns with Accountants 2 Business (formerly Chan & Naylor, but working with the same team) for years now. I've also sought out advice on finances and investment structuring, and they made getting an ABN a 2 minute job for me. Rapid replies, easy booking system. Both Janelle and Emma have always met my expectations, and I've been happy to make the trip since their office relocated a couple of years ago.
