Ruby has been doing my tax return for the last few years. She is super dooper fast and efficient. Whenever I call Ruby to ask questions about other financial stuff she always answers my calls and gives me great advice at no extra cost. Should've done it myself. Paid $370 for 45 minutes of work, plus maybe another 10 minutes later to lodge the file. They didn't even claim the maximum laundry expense allowed without receipts. I'll be saving myself $370 next year and doing my tax myself. Went to this company due to the high reviews, hence adding my own so other people don't get sucked into the hype.

I've gone back to Ruby Lam a few times now for my personal tax return and I've never been disappointed. Friendly, personal service with great advice - much better than the online services or other local services that insist on doing everything through email.
