Long standing Link customer that was recently moved on. I had excellent service from many of the direct team that handled my accounts for almost a decade. However, continual price increases and no explanation or justification behind them and ultimately having to deal with Dewan who was rude and completely lacking of empathy.
I recommend doing your research of options you have in Brisbane if you are a small business and avoid working with Dewan.
