I’m honestly shocked settlement seemed so easy (simultaneous settlement on same day) and I attribute that to Hains. Out of the 3 conveyancers in the process our team (Hains) were by far the fastest and stood out as the best. This is the second time we have used Hains and I would certainly again.

This is my 6th time using Hains Solicitors for my conveyancing and the 3rd time that Ella has looked after us. As always, the transaction went smoothly and we had regular updates. It’s nice to know exactly where things are at and to have calls from the solicitors at regular intervals to remind us of actions or just to update. It was a very personal touch and a far cry from an automated system. I have recommended them so many times to friends doing real estate transactions.

Ryan and the Team at Hains were great! They were very responsive to queries and were able to push through settlement on the scheduled date when it looked like it may not eventuate because of the bank, for which I was very grateful due to the circumstances of the sale. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again if I sell another property!
