I recently sold a property outside of the local area and DBL's Louise Sando looked after the conveyancing in this matter for me. I shopped around to a couple of other Law firms in Wynnum, where I live and right from the outset, Louise was by far the most prompt to respond and impressive, making suggestions before I had even signed up. Louise was also able to quote me a price unlike the others who were up in the air with maybe this, maybe that. Her enthusiasm and professionalism won me over and as a result the job for DBL. Louise showed that this professionalism wasn't just an initial marketing approach and her expertise, experience and excellent communication skills continued all the way to the day of settlement and beyond! There were a couple of issues which cropped up, not from Louise, and she resolved these items professionally and defused potential stress and impacts. I have dealt with many other conveyancing firms and Law groups in the past over nearly 40 years and it hasn't gotten eany easier... quite the opposite with all the Governement paperwork, however I would rate Louise and DBL as the best ever from my experience of many years.
