Jamal was a pleasure do deal with he made the whole will process easy to understand and was very professional.
Jamal gave us the space and time to ask questions and he continued to ask throughout the process if we had questions and often confirmed that we understood all of the technicalities and legal lingo.
We really appreciated his straightforward, down to earth, friendly approach, we were treated like people and not a number.
