The best way to start this review is to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. In all dealings with this firm, I have been treated with the upmost respect. The entire team are such lovely people starting with Matthew Ingram. His attention to detail is brilliant and I'm a very hard man to please as I can't stand mistakes. His advice was spot on ever time and the way he explained himself was easy to understand. He listened to everything I had to say and considered my opinion before giving advice. The prosecutor tried a shifty when we were in court and Matt and Leon handled it with completed professionalism. Let's just say the prosecutor came back with his tail between his legs.

I approached Robertson O'Gorman solicitors on a strong recommendation from a friend, I can totally see why. Right from the get-go I felt I was dealing with a professional outfit. I had approached quite a few legal companies and because my matters involved, if you accepted my story as true, serious criminal allegations against a serving Bundaberg Highway Patrol Officer I was unable to secure local representation. The only lawyer who agreed to meet with me was a former cop, who I sacked during our paid initial consultation. His opinion was I had no option but to plead guilty and to expect 12 months imprisonment.
I left my details with an assistant and received a call back from Hannah Pugh. Hannah was impressive from the outset, an excellent listener who you could tell "got it" from the follow up questions she asked. Today I am informed my matters are complete, terminated as no evidence to offer prosecutions. Sure, it was 3 mentions progressed, but as anyone who has had to deal with obstructive police practises can attest, that is nothing. Hannah kept my wife and myself informed to the extent she could(my wife was both a witness and victim) and advocated ferociously on my behalf while treating us both with the utmost respect and courtesy.
