Referred by a close friend, but the service fell well below expectations. Mandy did not inform us on settlement day that crucial documents were still unsigned. We had to chase the firm an hour after settlement received no apology or follow-up just, ‘the buyers haven’t signed.’ We were relying on settlement to move in that day as our rental ended. Extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend to friends or family.
