On Friday 22nd May my wife was in agony with a burst Bakers Cyst. 1st on the scene a paramedic called Greg who calmed her right down and was very informative and professional in his approach. My wife had to be taken by ambulance to the "Royal Brisbane" Unfortunately, as my wife was in such pain I neglected to get both crew members names, however the young lady was called Elise. Again they could not do enough for her. So please accept my grateful thanks for an excellent service
