Called because I was bitten by we think a green ant had my 1st anaphylaxis episode. Ambos we’re here within 15 mins.
Just wanted to say how grateful I’m am to their speedy arrival and caring and professionalism. Now need to carry epipen.
Wishing all our paramedics a safe journey to all your call outs. Couldn’t have asked for better care in a very scary time for me.

I want to thank the Ambulance Officers who attended to me at Birkdale this Monday morning Kings Birthday holiday, as I was having a heart attack, from the time they were called it took only 15minutes to get to my address, from start to finish their professional attributes were outstanding right up until I got to the PA Hospital, they had rung ahead and i went straight into surgery when I just want to say a big thankyou to those officers.
