Tim has a real strength in disseminating down complex information in an easy to understand & accessible way. He was lightening on his emails, & all round just a lovely pleasant person. We are both very busy with work & I often only got a few minutes to attend to the house stuff at any given time & Tim made the process so succinct, easy, & stress free. We used Andrew Wheldon twice, once for a property sale and once for a purchase off the plan. We were extremely impressed both times. They were very professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. I think the longest I ever had to wait for a response to one of my dumb questions was 2 hours. I have no hesitation recommending Andrew and his team.
