I've been in the real estate industry since 2014 and have been recommending Andrew Wheldon for most of that time. I have found them to be excellent to deal with. Their communication and service has been second to none. I purchased my home in 2019 and knew exactly who I would be using for my solicitors. The sale process was seamless, they took away any un needed stress and before we knew it our property had settled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and I will continue to recommend them to our Sellers and Buyers.

Andrew and his team did the conveyancing for my first home purchase and they were outstanding. Super friendly, very, very responsive, and provided excellent guidance and advice through the process. They were the one party we could rely on through the buying process and we truly felt like they were on our side from the outset. Their fees were also described upfront in full, and were very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
