My experience with Aylward Game Solicitors was extremely unsatisfactory, and I strongly do not recommend their services. If it were possible, I would rate them half a star.
The ordeal stretched over three years, marked by numerous prolonged delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, for which I was charged at their full rate, I was left in limbo, awaiting a response.
The lawyer initially assigned to my case left the firm after approximately six months, and there was no communication from the firm regarding this transition. Suddenly, I began receiving emails from someone new, without any introduction or communication from anyone at the firm.
Long story short, my case was resolved and closed. However, 4 months later, I received an email stating they’re charging me an additional $1,600.00. This is absolutely outrageous. Needless to say, I have contacted the Legal Services Commissioner of QLD.

The team at Aylward Game were always down to earth but very professional . They were easy to talk to , available when I needed them , no question seemed to trivial. They always responded promptly and they had a wonderful way of making me and my affairs feel valued and important. The team achieved a better outcome than I anticipated. Highly recommend

Worked with Mr Ian Field and Mrs Elise Foote as our mediators. Very disappointed with the service. The process lasted way more than expected and obviously we were charged much more than estimated. The delay caused much more stress rather than helping us to resolve the problem and they didn’t seem to feel responsible enough to care about it. They had many mistakes that we had to correct them which shows they didn’t spend enough time on it and even part of the job remained kind of unresolved and they kind of left me alone without caring about it. I would not recommend them at lest in family matter.
