My partner and I loved this humble little lodge! The staff here are incredibly kind and hospitable. They go above and beyond and Sally made us feel at home. It is very affordable and instead of luxury you come out with a new appreciation for nature! After two days of listening to bird song, exploring their bush Tucker trail and reading from their bird guide I have a greater understanding of our native plants and wildlife. The view of the mountains is beautiful on site as well. The rooms are really lovely, they even offer rainwater in the rooms and native eucalyptus soap. They also offer home grown veggies and fruit to pick from their Orchard. We cannot wait to come back.

Ryan is the caring accomadating host. Nothing is a problem. He is efficient..... and you can feel the love he has for his lodging..... the feeling of stepping back into the long-lost days and the peaceful solitude is amazing ... we need to slow down. The world moves too fast, Very private, we stayed in the orchard room, but I would love to check out the many that are available.... see you again soon and thx u for everything 💓

Keith is well mannered and the location is nice but this place is definitely not a four star hotel.
I am surprised that this ecolodge is mentioned as a four star even on booking.com. The rooms are perhaps one star at best and the curtains need some serious cleaning.
We drove from the Gold Coast and we were disappointed. The photos are perhaps for few years back as they did not seem realistic to us.
The community kitchen was ok and perhaps realistic

I really enjoyed my short stay here, there was silence, with sounds of nature, the place itself has a peaceful energy. I liked learning about how the eco-lodge came to be and how it was created by transforming a church and train carriage into accommodation and a shared kitchen. It's a pretty cool place and I appreciate how Keith made his vision a reality 😁

This place is just beautiful and quaint. The shared spaces are so functional and inviting, the kitchen and dining in the old railway cars, the communal lounge and library, the "eaten" garden, love it all. Thanks Keith, you've created something really special and I will recommend to everyone who asks.
