I am the owner operator for a small owner corporation. 4 units only. We are not a Body Corporate. However, trying to explain this to these people is like having your teeth pulled out. This Legal firm needs an attitude check. Not evertyhing is this world is black and white.. So when your customers need to sell a unit, remember your being paid to do your job. Sure check the band records, insurance details, owner info and bla bla bla, But don't assume that ever1 wants to work with you, especially when as i mentioned above (owner operator for a small owners corporation) Not a paid body corporate service there4 BC laws don't apply, fomr 33, form 2 form.... aren't required, a simple letter of information explaining how our small owner corporation works has been provided yet. YOU STILL DONT UNDERSTAND. WELL use chatGPT like every1 does, there4 you don't need to think... Like every1 else.... the end.....
