Had such a lovely stay here! It’s one of those places that just feels good the moment you walk in. The hotel is spotless, vibrant and filled with great energy. I loved the open design and beautiful lighting throughout.
A huge shoutout to the amazing team—everyone from reception to housekeeping was so warm and professional. Special thanks to Nikky whose service was truly world-class.
The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Hotel and staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel was exceptionally clean.
The heated rooftop pool was definitely not warm but love the rooftop bar in the afternoon. Happy hour between 5-6pm but only downstairs (not the rooftop bar).
Food options were limited but had the basics (chips were really good!).
Room was comfortable and well appointed, however the shower drain seemed clogged up and flooded most of the bathroom floor, making it at times dangerous especially when accessing the bathroom in the middle of the night.
Did not appreciate the small sign constantly taunting me and asking if I was “feeling peckish” 😂 In all seriousness, bed was comfortable, blinds were blackouts and I was able to get a really good nights sleep. Location is very central to everything.
Would recommend and come back here again.

Great hotel and staff. Farah was great to deal with at reception and friendly. She even asked our little one how her stay was. We enjoyed our stay, our first time on the sunny coast. We were a couple with a 3-year-old. On arrival, two girls at reception on Good Friday were so helpful. As we did not book parking in advance, they understood and helped us. Breakfast was terrific, too. The vibe of the hotel was so positive. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Good location. Friendly staff. New facilities. Clean and tidy. Breakfast included but gets very busy. Hats off to staff for handling the preassure with a smile on their faces.
Only issue is lack of parking on site but council carpark just 20 metres away from the back entrance.
Highly recommended.

So grateful for the free breakfast. Not as big of a breakfast as some places and still delicious. Our kids loved the pool and spent hours playing there. The view from the rooftop pool was also super cool. Hopefully the new construction around the hotel doesn’t obstruct the view. Also, their chrome cast on the smart TVs worked great to put kid friendly shows on. They don’t have many available channels on their own TV networks for kids.
