I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a great experience. The hotel is quiet and very clean—you can really see the effort they put into keeping everything comfortable and well maintained. They only offer breakfast, but there are great options nearby for lunch and dinner. Compass Menu is just a 5-minute walk and has excellent food and service. The pool was clean, and the gym was good as well. I really liked this hotel, and the location is perfect—close to the beach and Sunshine Plaza. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. It is immaculate with a highly courteous staff. David, the hotel manager, is outstanding. He runs a tight ship and the entire staff extends themselves to make sure you have anything you may need. Very much guest oriented. I thought parking outside the garage would be an issue, but it is not. I recommend the hotel highly and will be returning often. It has all the amenities.

Total Gem….was not expecting to like this place as much as I did. Upon entering, this wonderful smell floats around the foyer, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, not big but not overly small either. We are a family of 4 and it was comfortable. The shower room was cool, the kids (and I) loved it. The pool was a lovely temperature and the kids had the best time. The pool bar was great and the staff lovely. Oh and did I mention FREE breakfast….I will absolutely be staying here again when in the area.

The hotel was located near the centre of the city. The area was quite quiet at night. Breakfast was included and the choice was very basic with just one or two alternations in the buffet menu. Freshly brewed coffee was offered free of charge. I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the room design very much. It was quite modern and user oriented. The window blind was excellent, blocking all the light for a better sleep. TV was large enough, but watching YouTube was not available. Toothbrush and other daily necessities were offered at the front desk upon request. Shower area was sizable. Carpark was limited at a charge and needed to use the room card at the entrance. There was a carpark complex opposite to the hotel, with plenty of lots at a cheaper rate. Front desk service was 24 hours a day. The hotel offered light meals and drinks. There were restaurants and fast food shops nearby. Driving to attractions was convenient.

Saved up all year to have this holiday, started off really well, nice welcome, clean room and good breakfast. The holiday was great until we returned to the room and noticed that our bag that were closed, were now opened and three expensive items of clothing were stolen from our bag. The Hotel Management did very little to investigate the concern and sent us on our way, so upper management, if you are reading these reviews, we were room 519 and the date was the 7/1/26. We left the room at 8am and returned at 4-30pm. Not happy as these items are now irreplaceable, we travelled light and only had the minimum amount of clothing we us. Don't usually complaint, but can stand people stealing from the little guy. Feel free to contact us to discuss further.
