Total Gem….was not expecting to like this place as much as I did. Upon entering, this wonderful smell floats around the foyer, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, not big but not overly small either. We are a family of 4 and it was comfortable. The shower room was cool, the kids (and I) loved it. The pool was a lovely temperature and the kids had the best time. The pool bar was great and the staff lovely. Oh and did I mention FREE breakfast….I will absolutely be staying here again when in the area.

Great experience for my family. We had travelled for about 24 to get back home to Australia from abroad. We arrived very early and could not check in, but they allowed us into the pool area where we could shower and rest if needed. The room was basic but clean and perfect for our needs. The location is just down the street from a wonderful shopping centre. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the night with my friend, room was small but perfect for the both of us, we were both amazed with the bathroom set up! We’ve never seen a bathroom like it before, ventilation in the bathroom was amazing also, air con was nice and cold, bed was comfortable, room was bright and well lit, staff were amazing! Didn’t sleep well the night we stayed there and ordered 2 bottles of water, phone call scared the heck outta both of us as he was asleep and I wasn’t, but he did say he had a good sleep, each area, pool, gym, reception, laundry, was clean, we both had the chicken parmigiana and beer of the month, amazing sized dinner and delicious! Worth the money! Breaky was a bit, busy? A lot of tourists, food didn’t stay full for long but my hats off to food and bev for working as fast as they could to provide breakfast for everyone. Next time we meet half way again we will definitely be staying here again!

New hotel that is clean. Buffet breakfast was great value for money.
if you like cuddling your partner don't bother with the king suite. It's just two single mattress put together and so there is a giant gap in the middle of the bed!!
We visited the beach and it was a bit disappointing there is no where in the room to hang wet beach towels.

We had a truly delightful stay at this beautifully appointed hotel, which combines tasteful interior design with a light-filled, welcoming lobby that sets the tone from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their professionalism, generosity with their time, and consistently helpful attitude greatly enhanced our overall experience.
Our room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The breakfast offering was another highlight—extensive in variety and of high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes.
We were thoroughly impressed by both the facilities and the outstanding level of service, and we will most certainly return on our next visit.
