We highly recommend K-Oz Plumbing & Gas. Our hot water system died, and K-Oz came to our rescue. They came out to inspect very quickly, provided a quote and were back out in no time to replace our hot water system. Staff were friendly and worked fast. If we have any issues again, we know who to call!

Really impressed with these guys! Rang them practically in tears after discovering the cyclone took out my hot water system. Spoke to Natalie who literally went above and beyond to calm me down and organize a plumber for the next day (given this was my only day off) even though it created extra work for her due to having to shuffle appointments. Jack and his crew arrived on time, did the fastest and most professional hot water install I had ever seen and as added bonus, explained everything they had done and left my yard spotless. Amazing work from an amazing crew and grateful beyond words for the fact I could finally have a warm shower after coming home exhausted from work the next night. Thanks guys for an amazing and monumental effort and for going above and beyond!!!

Jack and his teammate (sorry I did not get his name) were very professional and efficient and Natalie was so kind when we spoke over the phone.
We were quite stressed about a plumbing issue we had and about possibly inconveniencing other people in the building but it ended up being a very quick and straightforward fix and we're so grateful! Thank you all so much!!
