After I had a pipe burst late in the evening, I gave L & W Plumbing a call. This was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a plumbing company. Jake was super friendly over the phone and was here to help within the hour. Upon arrival Jake was super efficient in fixing and replacing the burst pipe with no hassle or dramas. Pricing was cheaper than expected which helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. I would absolutely recommend L&W above anyone else.

Jake and Lochie did a great job installing a French drain to address our water intrusion issue. They provided a very competitive quote with the details included, communicated well throughout the project, did good work and cleaned up the whole area before they left. Jake really went the extra mile crawling under the decking to make sure all of the drain piping was properly secured. 10 out of 10 would hire them again for my next plumbing issue!

I was pleased to have L & W plumbing Solutions for the repair of a leaking water pipe. Despite an incorrect leak detection assessment by another company, Chris and his colleague successfully identified the actual leak location under driveway based on their expertise and the direction of water flow—three or four meters away from the misidentified spot. I had nearly lost hope, but thanks to their persistence, my water supply was restored the same day. Jack (the boss) provided a very reasonable quotation, responded promptly, and ensured that the work area was thoroughly cleaned after the repair, restoring it to its original condition. Additionally, he generously assisted with the repair of an indoor faucet at no extra cost. As a CA in the construction industry with experience working alongside numerous plumbers, I can confidently say that L & w Plumbing Solutions is highly reliable and trustworthy.

Jake is wonderful and we could not be more happy with his recent help and service. We had issues with our hot water system and he is the only plumber I contacted that was able to come the next day and sort it out for us. He went above and beyond to ensure that our problem was fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.
