High praise to Jessie and Ash who were manning a vehicle on shift on Friday evening. I had need to be taken back to hospital after a problem with earlier day surgery and all I can say is I hope all other paramedics take a leaf out of these young ladies work ethics and customer service. From the moment they arrived at our place in Lowood they were totally professional, friendly and only cared about providing the best service they could. After initial consultation and the conclusion that this old body did need hospital attention the two medics did everything they could to make the trip and service as comfortable as they could. They showed maturity beyond their years and I really do not have enough words to thank them for all they did to make sure I was not stressed and comfortable the whole time. Well done Lowood Ambulance for having these two professionals on your team. You showed that Queensland Health is not as sick as most publicity seems to state.

The Ambos who took my Mum to hospital from Lowood Ambulance station were outstandingly professional and curtious. You no doubt saved her life. Thank you very much Tyson and Maddy.
