Emaculate! Car parking was a breeze at 2.4m and reception is right there when you drive in. Freindly and caring. The room was spacious and modern,large bathroom, excellent shower, bath sheets not towels (large). Air con AND a ceiling fan! Kettle, tea and coffee and small fridge. Bed side lamp with usb for charging. Breakfast downstairs out on the boardwalk over looking lake , kids playground is visible from the cafe and is an easy walk. 5 minutes from Westfield North Lakes. 25 minutes to airport.

The staff here are absolutely beautiful. Very kind and have enjoyed my stay so much. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.
Can't praise the Cafe team enough. So friendly.

I had a lovely stay at North Lakes Hotel. The property is set on a stunning riverside, with a beautiful walking track you can access directly from the hotel. It’s the perfect place to spot wildlife and enjoy a truly relaxing environment.
The café is great, offering a nice variety of food with a complimentary drink voucher for guests! The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities were well maintained.
It was a very wholesome and refreshing experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

Wonderful place to stay. Spacious, modern rooms that were always clean. Lovely spot right on the lake. Wonderful service from all of the staff we encountered. The meals that we had at the Boardwalk Cafe were delicious and great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was good, room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Guy at check in wasn't overly welcoming. He booked us a table for dinner and on arrival it was not booked.
Food was good, service at the bar was appalling. 3 soft drinks from the drinks menu were not available and when I asked why have them on the menu when they aren't available, her reply was if you look at the fridge you can see what we have. I asked for a Pepsi max and she looked at me and said 'please?'....
I'm not a child!
If i had not arranged 4 friends to meet me there for dinner I would have eaten else where.
