I had my 21st party recently and all I can say is positive things! Nat was so amazing helping us plan one amazing night! Her and the team at the North Lakes Hotel were so amazing!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely clean hotel, well positioned, with easy checkin checkout system.
The staff, in particular the breakfast area and staff were friendly. The cleaners greeted us with a smile too.
A tad expensive but for one night with breakfast overlooking the lake, we said, worth it.

We had my son’s 21st birthday here and we cannot thank Nat and her team enough. She made sure we were well looked after! Thank you for helping make our event amazing!!

Dining room close very early, arrived the hotel @8.30 pm. They provided the food container in a carry bag which was cold already and there was no option for reheat the food.
However the cleanliness and the room sizes are really good

Emaculate! Car parking was a breeze at 2.4m and reception is right there when you drive in. Freindly and caring. The room was spacious and modern,large bathroom, excellent shower, bath sheets not towels (large). Air con AND a ceiling fan! Kettle, tea and coffee and small fridge. Bed side lamp with usb for charging. Breakfast downstairs out on the boardwalk over looking lake , kids playground is visible from the cafe and is an easy walk. 5 minutes from Westfield North Lakes. 25 minutes to airport.
