I stayed at the Mon Komo for one night. I had booked 1 bedroom balcony apartment through my company's travel platform and I was given a two bedroom apartment on the top floor, which I was very happy with. There was everything I could ever possibly need. The entire apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen, living room with dining table, outdoor living area and dining area with sea views. Bathrooms were beautiful, bedrooms were very stylish. Very happy.
There were a couple of things that weren't so great. The lights tripped when I turned on the laundry light, for whatever reason. I reported this to Reception and someone came up promptly to fix the issue, very pleased with that. A few of the towels had a lot of long, blonde hair on them. I assume these had been washed into the towel, but it's a bit off-putting. There is also a notice on the kitchen table about cleaning up after yourself. It would appear that the hotel management want guests to take the garbage out, and are warned of a $350 cleaning charge if the apartment is in poor shape. I wasn't sure if this meant that if you didn't take the garbage out you would be charged $350 (pretty unreasonable), or if you trash the place there is a $350 cleaning charge (reasonable).
All in all, I was happy with my stay and would stay there again.

Me and my partner stayed here last Saturday for our anniversary and paid almost $500 per night for an ocean view one bedroom apartment. We requested for a high floor as it’s our anniversary but we got allocated to the fifth floor instead. I know special requests are not all guaranteed BUT you should prioritise those who requested, coming from someone who also works in the hotel industry. I’m glad my team at my hotel values and listens to our guests especially those who have special requests. Also the receptionists don’t seem to acknowledge or smile to the guests. They don’t even make eye contact unless you talk to them. I’d stay here again due to the location but I hope they will improve their service. I’ll write another review again for our next stay. Overall it was an okay stay, thank God we booked an ocean view one bedroom apartment. Got free parking and we loved The Komo restaurant.

Lovely design outside with the water features and a nice reception. My room looked stunning, and was spotless. The reason for the three stars is there is only one useable socket in the bedroom, none in the lounge except above the sink and no desk, internet was beyond poor in room 906, and my hope to catch up on work was badly misplaced. I have no idea how anyone with children and devices would cope in here. Gym is very poor, swimming pool lovely. Radcliffe is nice, even in a mini cyclone like this weekend.

After one night at another hotel, where mould created breathing issues, we moved to Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites. We only intended to stay one night but enjoyed it so much we extended for one more. Our room was a 1 bedroom on the 10th floor. The views were amazing, day or night, and the room was beautifully presented with everything one could need, including a very comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our experience even better! So close to Woolworths just over the road and all the food and coffee places Redcliffe has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed at this place 3 times over the years. this place become seriously overpriced. The last stay I was really disappointed. I booked 2 bed apartment and paid over $5k for 2 weeks stay. I was given an apartment that facing another building. During the two weeks, there was nonstop construction next to the apartment building and noise started from 7:00am in the morning until evening. Kitchen light and fan wasn’t working. Frying pan and pots were old and worn out and had no lid. Oven was greasy and not cleaned. Carpet was dirty. Never stay there again.
