We were able to secure two rooms at OVR at very late notice. Both rooms were extremely comfortable and very clean. One room was a studio, with a large patio, plus a bath. The pool and spa were great. The young woman who met us at reception was very friendly and helpful.

This place has potential to be a good budget hotel. Unfortunately over 50% of the carpet in my room was wet with a random stain in the middle. This felt super gross walking anywhere in the room as it covered the main walkway, next to the bed, and stretched out over the lounge area. It made the room and my belongs smell. I shared this with reception who said they will make a note of it. Had they made an effort to resolve my issue I likely would have given an extra star. This is not what I expect when paying $200 for a hotel.

We have stayed here many times and love it.
Can't fault any of the staff we have dealt with. (Housekeeping were servicing our room when we returned from shopping and were so nice)
The room was very clean and a good price.

Great spot, central location for parking the car up and walking.
Shops, eateries and Coles/ wollies nearby.
Friendly welcoming hosts.
Beautiful rooms.
Ours was only a quick overnight stay but could have easily stayed longer.

Great place to stay perfect location also. Nice rooftop bbq area you can watch the sunset.
