Izzy, your warm and positive words lifted me every time.
And Cat, your support with breastfeeding made the first days with my son so much easier.
Because of all of you, we felt safe, supported and truly cared for.
We were able to welcome our baby boy, with confidence and joy.

I cannot thank all the staff enough at the hospital starting from the ER to the ward 5West for the care they gave my mother in the last 2 days. Nurse Sam from the ER was so caring in treating and looking after her. Nurse Jo from 5West was absolutely fantastic also up until Mum was discharged this afternoon. All of the Drs and Nurses were equally great but the 2 I've mentioned stood out more than anything. Coffee/tea ladies were also very friendly and helpful. Late operation was needed last night and as Mum was upset and anxious they let me stay with her till she entered the operating room, theatre staff were great. As Mum is becoming quite forgetful all departments were corresponding with me more than her most times and they were awesome. The most happiest, helpful, knowledgeable and patient people I have ever dealt with in healthcare. I was born at Redcliffe hospital, my 3 boys and 1 of my grandchildren also. In all the yrs I have had too go there (i also have health issues) i cannot fault them. It's like schools, some people like it while others have issues/hospitals are no different.

From the moment I entered the hospital for procedure i was well taken care of. The staff are very caring and put you at ease. From when I talked to the first nurse in the day procedure room, (Sam) she put me at ease and to Gail and justine (pre and after care) I could not fault. The anaesthetist was fantastic also . Thank you all sooo much.

I need to start the review by saying the nurses need a pay raise and the doctors work tirelessly.
As an in patient ( haven’t been in a hospital since child birth ) I saw first hand how these nurses work tirelessly, between giving medical care, they fetch and carry - more blankets, heat pack , ice pack , can I have more biscuits , pass me this , pass me that - list is endless, the button pressing is a real thing - thank you’s and pleases are rare too ! Manners are free. The uni students are also sweet too!
Thank you to the doctors and nurses for all you do.

I had a scheduled laparoscopic cholecystectomy on Wednesday 10/12/2025 at approx 5pm and I am beyond grateful for the care I received by Dr Kasra and his team. Dr Kasra’s demeanour and professionalism calmed any nerves I had about the procedure. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude for the night shift nurse Bibek (forgive my misspelling) for his tentative care not only shown to me but the other two females who were in my ward throughout the night. Thank you Redcliffe hospital nurses and doctors for the amazing care I received.
