Ruby is fabulous! Always professional but also personable….my husband and I go together to do our taxes, with daughter in tow. Very skilled when it comes to investment properties…and her patience when trying to explain everything to me is admirable! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Should've done it myself. Paid $370 for 45 minutes of work, plus maybe another 10 minutes later to lodge the file. They didn't even claim the maximum laundry expense allowed without receipts. I'll be saving myself $370 next year and doing my tax myself. Went to this company due to the high reviews, hence adding my own so other people don't get sucked into the hype.
