Brilliant!!! On the 19th of September, 2016, I had a heart-attack at home at Bunya. My wife called 000 and the Samford Ambulance Station team was tasked with stabilising me and getting me to the Prince Charles Hospital ASAP. The four paramedics who arrived within fifteen minutes were reassuring, professional and compassionate in their work. I can't remember your names now - that time is a bit fuzzy for me - but thanks to each of you for your magical work. My family is very grateful. Keep up the great service to our community! Cheers! A few months ago my wife called the ambulance as I was having some breathing problems. They arrived very quickly (we are in camp mountain) and by then I was feeling ok and insisted I just had a chest infection. Fortunately…. They didn’t listen to me and in fact wouldn’t even let me walk out the house! Stretchered out to the waiting ambulance. Turned out I had had a heart attack, later found I had an artery 95% blocked!! Put a stent in. Very very lucky and so thankful for the ambulance professionals. Forever grateful
