I've had the pleasure of seeing the SMN team working and I can not express how honest they are, they actually care about the people and that is evident in everything they do! They also are great accountants and even better humans, can not speak more highly of them!

I wasted nearly two months of my life dealing with Lachlan, going back and forth on my taxes. After all that, he suddenly emailed me say he cannot continue with me because of apparent differences. I email back saying how unprofessional it was to email me instead of calling me about it and not giving any actual explanation. The next day he calls and says he decided to stop serving me because of my language. Not once was this mentioned during our meetings—no warnings, no hints. Apparently, expressing frustration at my tax bill was too much for him, despite never directing any bad language towards him personally. If this was such an issue, he could have addressed it earlier instead of dropping it on me out of the blue. Very unprofessional for somebody seeking professionalism.
