I signed up with Vault for bookkeeping and accounting in late October 2023.
The sign up process with admin was very friendly with proactive responses. They said all the right things.
Upon completing the onboarding process, unfortunately, there wasn't much communication or productivity on behalf of the team.
Mid Feb 2024 - We have ceased services (with no response back as of yet) and found another company.

Very happy with Vault’s services. After having issues with my previous tax accountant i found Vault through google and engaged them based on their reviews. Very happy i did. They were very professional and thorough with explaining everything to me and very efficient and fast. Would highly recommend.

Having worked with Vault Accountants for the last year regarding SMSF, Financial Planning, taxation advice and doing several tax returns, Craig and Brad have given me good constructive advice, and have been supportive throughout the process of moving superannuation from an industry fund to self-managed.
I would have rated Vault a 5, however I have had some small difficulties in the tax return process that, while were addressed adequately, in future could be improved with better communication. I will also note that this took place at the beginning of the financial year when tax returns are taking place for a lot of people and that it's a stressful time of year for all, and that it's a less than straight forward tax return with a lot of components.
I look forward to a continued relationship for the next several years.

Vault once again provided a fantastic service. Similar to the past few years, their team was very responsive and always took the time to explain their outcome for each individual income tax. For someone who doesn't entirely understand this field, it is incredibly beneficial.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I thought I was going to be getting a great service using Vault as my accountants for my new start up business given the fact that they have nothing but 5 star reviews, but I was sorely mistaken. Ever since they signed me up to their monthly payment system ($200 a month), they haven't cared about me at all. Whenever I ask questions, I never get a response. The only time they are actually somewhat responsive with me is when their monthly payment is coming up. I receive my BAS statements on the day they are due for payment without any warning. I would only receive my BAS statements when I followed up with them, they never take any initiative. They never walked me through how to use Xero and Hubdoc even though they said they would almost 12 months ago. Extreme lack of communication. They are just robbing me of my money and really couldn't care less about my business. Will never be using Vault again and will be recommending anyone I talk to stays well away from this horrible accounting service.
