Lucinda was an amazing lady , and extremely talented accountant. I had 4 years of tax to do which Lucinda promptly did over the phone for me as I was in the middle of moving and had no spare time to come in. It was done within 24 hours which was fantastic. No hassle and I received a great return thanks to Lucinda.

We've been without an accountant for a year or two and I desperately needed to find a good one. I needed an accountant fast and I could not recommend Lucinda enough. She was able to help me straight away and was very clear and easy to contact and was fast with her responses. On top of that she did an excellent job with our returns. Would highly recommend and happy to use for any additional needs we will have going forward.

We were looking for a new accountant and thought we would support local small business. After engaging Top Cat Accountants, agreeing to the fees and setting them up with our accounts, 5 weeks goes past with no contact and no works started. No return emails and no return phone calls after multiple attemps to see how they were going or if they were able to still do the works, very unprofessional. My advice is to not just reply on social media referrals or google reviews but sit down have a meeting and make sure they have the capacity to take on your works and are capable of doing your works.
We since engaged a professional company that completed all of our works, were knowledgeable, well priced and offered great customer service.
