I am writing this review because there have been 2 instances where I have been emailed information meant for another client. These breaches have been dismissed by the firm and I was told that I should "just get over it" and delete the email. I think this is a very poor response to a significant breach of privacy. I have also discovered that the postal addresses on file for myself and this other client are the same. I find this totally alarming as we do not know each other and never have shared an address. Further, I was told that I was no longer a client of the firm, when in fact, I have just had my 23/24 tax return compiled by an accountant at the firm. Again, it means that there is something amiss with the collection and maintenance of my data. My concerns were dismissed and I was treated with ridicule. This has been a most unsettling experience and I would not recommend this firm for these reasons

Huge thanks to Walker Hill – outstanding service all around. I originally came on board for accounting support, and it’s been a great experience working with Nick. More recently, he introduced me to Jole, their finance broker to organise loans for us, and that’s been just as smooth. Both Jole and Nick – along with the entire support team – have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every part of the Walker Hill experience has been professional, efficient, reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly, they really know their stuff. Thanks again!
