Helena has such a lax attitude that she can say ‘well I didn’t write the contract’ , and ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about’ She even quoted the buyers solicitor as the source of her legal knowledge. I wanted to escalate my concerns internally but was directed to a solicitor that told me ‘ Helena said I should talk to you’. I asked for Peter Wallace, as the principle to call me but instead I received an email from Helena, saying Wallace had reviewed it, however it had no bearing to my instruction. If this is the quality of their Conveyancing manager and Principle - run!
